On June 18 and 19, 2026, the PTI NAS of Belarus received a delegation from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Wuhan, China). Within the framework of the meeting, the parties discussed the submission of an application for the creation of a “Chinese-Belarusian joint laboratory of laser technologies and their applications” within the framework of the National Key Research and Development Program of 2026, and also agreed on the submission of joint applications for the competition of Belarusian-Chinese scientific and technical projects for 2027-2029.

                          

On June 19, a cooperation agreement was signed between the PTI NAS of Belarus and HUST.
