The main tasks of the department are the development of conceptual options and the maintenance of state programs (advising performers, preparing materials for opening financing of state programs and concluding contracts with customers), preparation of reporting materials on the implementation of R&D (T) R and R&D, implementation of electronic registration in the SO “BELISA” R&D (T) R and R&D.
