On December 16, 2021 the seminar organized jointly with JSC «OIZ» and PTI NAS of Belarus was held as a videoconference within performing the task 1.61 «Develop and implement resource-saving technology of hardening products and manufacture the equipment for ion-plasma thermochemical treatment for JSC «Orsha Tools Plant» of State Scientific and Technical Program  «Innovative mechanical engineering and machine-building technologies». The Institute staff members M. Bosyakov, D. Zhuk, O. Suvorova, A. Moiseyenko presented their reports. The head of electron-beam technologies and plasma physics department I. Pobol (PTI NAS of Belarus), chief industrial engineer K. Flegontov (JSC «OIZ») as well as staff members of the Institute and the enterprise took part in the discussion of obtained results and broadening of application fields for ion thermochemical treatment.
