September 20, 2023 The Physical-technical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus was visited by a delegation from the Academy of Sciences of Guangdong Province, headed by its president Chen Weimin. Representatives of the Chinese-Belarusian Innovation Center for Industrial Technologies LLC also took part in the meeting. The guests got acquainted with the scientific developments of the Institute, discussed issues of current cooperation, and also outlined new areas of interaction in the field of research, development and commercialization of technology for the production of high-strength and highly conductive copper alloys for new energy vehicles, high-voltage devices and the aerospace industry.

During the meeting, the delegation visited the laser cutting area and the vacuum plasma coating area.
