On November 18, 2021, the delegation of PTI NAS of Belarus took part in the regional alignment meeting «Scientific support of the industrial stable development in Grodno region». The participants of the meeting represented the institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and universities, the administration of industrial enterprises in Grodno region. The seminar was held in the Science and Technology Park of Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno.
During the seminar, the participants discussed current questions of performing innovation activities by enterprises of real economy, determined perspective directions and types of scientific and technical cooperation between industrial enterprises and organizations in the field of the development and implementation of new high-technology products, goods and services. The innovative and high-technology developments and projects of PTI NAS of Belarus were presented. At the end of the event the Cooperation Agreement between PTI NAS of Belarus and Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno was signed.
On November 19, 2021 the delegation of PTI NAS of Belarus visited JSC «Grodno Azot» to conduct negotiations for the implementation of joint projects in the field of ion thermochemical treatment, energy-efficient induction heating technologies, application of wear- and corrosion resistant coatings.
On September 28-30, 2021, PTI NAS of Belarus was taking part in the 24th International Exhibition of Technologies and Innovations in Industry “TECHINNOPROM”.
Purpose of the exhibition:
Promotion of the innovative industrial equipment, products and technologies of domestic and foreign companies to regional and international markets; strengthening business contacts and sharing experiences.
PTI NAS of Belarus presented the following developments:
– Technologies and equipment of ion nitriding
– Additive technologies
– Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Protective Tablet
– Energy efficient induction heating technologies
– High-strength and heat-resistant ceramic products
On September 22, 2021 the delegation of PTI NAS of Belarus took part in the regional alignment meeting «Scientific support of the industrial stable development in Vitebsk region». The participants of the meeting represented the institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and universities, the administration of industrial enterprises and Vitebsk region.
The main purpose of the seminar is to establish fruitful beneficial cooperation between scientific community and production. Within the meeting, the participants have discussed the introduction of innovative developments into practice, shared their own experience in this field as well as got acquainted with the innovative activity of their colleagues.
The participants of the alignment meeting have signed the cooperation agreement with Vitebsk Regional Employer Union that implies scientific and innovative support for the development of industrial enterprises in Vitebsk region.
On September 16-17, 2021 Vitali Zaleski, the Director of PTI NAS of Belarus, visited Udmurt Federal Research Center of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences as a part of the delegation of NAS of Belarus.
The specific proposals about further cooperation have been developed during the meetings with representatives of the scientific community and industrial enterprises. The cooperation will be established in the following directions: implementation of research projects, solution of production tasks as well as sharing Belarusian experience with Udmurtia for the development of high-technology entrepreneurship.
On September 9, 2021 the alignment meeting «Innovative equipment and technologies of material treatment and surface engineering» was held at the Belarusian-Russian University. The event was dedicated to the prospects of scientific and technical cooperation of industrial enterprises in Mogilev region and scientific institutions.
The delegation from PTI NAS of Belarus took part in the event as a co-organizer. The representatives from Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, the Joint Institute of Mechanical Engineering, the Institute of Technology of Metals, industrial enterprises of Mogilev region participated in the meeting together with administration of the Belarusian-Russian University.
The perspective projects within Regional scientific and technical program of Mogilev region for 2021-2025 were discussed within the event as well as the proposals for joint cooperation and solving technical tasks were worked out. The Cooperation Agreement was signed between PTI NAS of Belarus and the Belarusian-Russian University.
On September 2, 2021 PTI NAS of Belarus took part in the youth forum «Path to Science» held by the Council of Young Scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
The forum for young scientists «Path to Science» is an intensive course of lectures held by leading researchers on scientific activities in the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and in the country, publications of scientific results, preparation and defense of dissertations.
The forum purpose is to increase the young scientists’ effectiveness and productivity in research and to develop their leadership qualities for implementing scientific projects.
Also within the forum, the special exhibition was carried out where young researchers presented around 70 new developments and technologies in various scientific fields.
On August 18, 2021 PTI NAS of Belarus hosted representatives from JSC «Planar».
JSC «Planar» is the scientific and technical group of dedicated designers, technicians and production engineers, Ith develops and supplies special systems for implementation of critical technologies in microelectronics.
The guests met with the administration of PTI NAS of Belarus. During the discussion, both sides indicated the most perspective directions for cooperation in the field of coating deposition, surface engineering and material treatment.
At the end of the meeting, the representatives of JSC «Planar» visited the manufacturing areas of the Institute where they had a look at the scientific and technical equipment of the Institute laboratories.
On July 15, 2021, PTI NAS of Belarus in the alignment meeting arranged by Brest State Technical University within the regional scientific and technical program « Brest region innovative development in 2021-2025».
The event gathered the heads and employees from Brest Regional Executive Committee, the Physical-Technical Department of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, State Scientific Institutions «The Physical-Technical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences» and «The Joint Institute Of Mechanical Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus», enterprises from Brest region .
The director of PTI NAS of Belarus Vitali Zaleski made a presentation about the innovative equipment and material treatment technologies developed the Institute researchers as well as shared the experience implementing the innovations into Belarusian enterprises.
On July 5-8, 2021, a major industrial exhibition “INNOPROM” was held in Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation. Within the framework of the event, the national exposition of the Republic of Belarus is presented, including mounts of 40 industrial and scientific organizations. The Belarusian delegation at the eveny was headed by Petr Parkhomchik, the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus.
The international exhibition “INNOPROM” is a key event for industrialists of Russia and the CIS countries. The event was attended by more than 600 companies from 30 countries.
On July 6, Denis Manturov, Minister of Industry and Trade of Russian Federation visited the Belarusian exposition.
As part of the Belarusian exposition, Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus Pyotr Parkhomchik met with Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus has demonstrated new materials that can replace laminated electromagnetic steel for the production of transformers, motors and generators and other products for electric transport, mining and mechanical engineering, a number of solutions for automation of production processes of industrial enterprises.
